Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it

You must provide photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Refunds & Replacements Are Accepted If:

Item does not arrive within 20 days (from shipping date)

Quality not as described (requires proof)

 Refunds & Returns Are Not Accepted If:

The product is clearly marked as "Non-Refundable"

The issue is buyer’s mistake (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind)

The address provided was incorrect or incomplete

The product has been used, worn, or washed
